Paschim Vihar District Park

Quite big with 2 open gyms and silent as traffic noise doesn't reaches inside of it.

Good park for walking, running, yoga etc. Open gym facility available here

Huge park comprising of 2 tracks (one outer one which is bigger and and inner one smaller), badminton courts 2 open air gyms, football ground(unprofessional). cricket grounds. exercise dedicated tools and also various activities. Overall, it is good park to go to for everyday physical activities for well-being.

Great place to go for a walk

Place is nice especially when you decide to not inhale the Delhi's pollution for some hours. I play badminton and football here, the people are super nice when I first met them. Crowd is not that much and sometime you can find a peacock in the restricted centre of the park, (not that restricted though ). Overall the park is clean and well maintained.

It's an amazing park with a huge and lush green land area, almost a little jungle. It has a big lake /pond though it's dried up these days. Earlier it used to have a large number of ducks as well in the lake but now the lake is dried up and hence the ducks are gone. But it has a very densely planted area with different zones to play different sports be it volleyball, cricket, badminton, football, yoga, jogging, kabbadi etc. Also it has a nicely built track for jogging or skating. It has a separate gymming area as well. It's too good for refreshing air and morning workouts and jogging. It is very close to jwalaheri market and residency.

I would have rated this part 5 stars if you asked me 3 years ago. Sadly now the park is in extremely bad conditions. There is no maintenance done at all. The lake has dried up and poor ducks and geese are no longer there. The buildings are in deplorable condition and there is a strong smell of urine in the backside of the park. The street dogs also roam there. The maintenance of the bushes,grasses and trees are not done at all. The park is a glaring example of MCD shirking its duty.

Park is really awesome well maintained.Car parking is available.A fine place to walk and run as there is well two track one is made up of concrete and another is soil track. So if somebody who is looking for outdoor workout and exercise this place good for them also.

The park is very huge and is between the residential area. There are many benches to sit and a dead lake in between.
