Took my daughter to Sea Hop for a little Daughter’s Day outing and we had such a nice time! She had so much fun exploring and playing. Such a cute place for little ones — we’ll definitely be back! 💙 …

My children have been coming here since a long time. They love it a lot. The staff is too kind and always there with the kids. Food is excellent. This is surely the best play area in Delhi.

Had great fun here last evening. Laser lights were a hit. The Photo Booth . Best part was the food though because you don’t expect play areas to have great food . But this surprised us.

We recently celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at Sea Hop and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team did an excellent job coordinating the entire event, making everything smooth and stress-free for us. The food was delicious and well-appreciated by all our guests. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always available to help whenever needed. The venue was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a children’s celebration. The kids had a fantastic time with the activities and play areas, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. A big thank you to the entire Sea Hop team for helping us create such special memories. We highly recommend Sea Hop for birthday parties and family celebrations!

We celebrated our kids’ birthday here recently. The place is fab- Pretty big, as we had around 20 kids. And more adults. The kids had a blast. There’s something for every age group. The staff is great - Neeraj who helped me with the booking & managed everything , Kajal - who managed the whole event there. The service was really good. Food just kept coming in. And tasty food. The chef came especially to ask me if everything was okay. Very personalised and reliable. Would strongly recommend. Kajal stayed back till after the slot was finished as my kids refused to leave the venue !! Really appreciated that.

Clean & safe. Kids enjoy while parents can relax. Food is good, unlike other playa teas where it’s outsourced and quality is not monitored. Entire team is really good and makes ur child feel welcomed. Special thanks to Kajal, kesar, Suchitra and Rani mam.

Visited Sea hop this Sunday with my 3 yo and I must say the place is full of adventure for kids. It was difficult to get her oit even after spending good 2 hrs; The staff is so cooperative to even make my introvert baby mingle with them in no minutes. I could easily enjoy the delicious food in their cafe. Shout out for amazing momos and coffee. All in alll its a wonderful cafe cum play area that too in heart of city. Would definitely visit again.

We visited Sea Hop yesterday with our children, expecting a safe and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very distressing one. Before entering the play area, my friend and I clearly informed the receptionist, Ms. Kajol, that our children were only 2 years and 4 months old. We specifically asked if they would be safe inside without us. She assured us that their staff would take care of the children and that one attendant ("didi") would stay with them. We even personally requested one of the attendants to keep an eye on our kids. However, within a few minutes, the receptionist asked us to leave the seating area because it was reserved for a birthday party and told us to either move upstairs or sit in their café terrace. We had barely been upstairs for five minutes when we suddenly heard my son, Nainesh, crying uncontrollably. When we rushed down, we found him bleeding badly. To make matters worse, several other parents were also complaining that their children had been left unattended. It was evident that there was serious negligence in supervising the kids and ensuring their safety. What shocked us even more was the receptionist's response. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, she casually said, "Mam, bachon ko khelte waqt lagti hi hai" ("Children do get hurt while playing"). This is an extremely insensitive and unprofessional response, especially when a young child is bleeding due to a lack of proper supervision. We expected at least an apology and some accountability, but there was none. Despite this unfortunate incident, they still charged us the full amount for both the play area and the food. The food quality was also very poor, and we ended up leaving almost everything untouched. As parents, we trusted the staff with our children's safety based on the assurances they gave us. That trust was completely broken. I sincerely request every parent to think carefully before taking their young children here. Based on our experience, I did not feel that adequate safety measures or proper supervision were in place for toddlers. Now they have hide vedio feature I am sharing photos
