My kids really Enjoyed at Tingaland. Best place for them to njoy. attendents are good specially Sharda, Jyoti, Laxmi, Nisha helped out children in proper manner

Overall amazing experience, care staff is supportive. Kid enjoys pretty well. but 700Rs/hour is bit expensive, rest is good.

Today the party that was organised in Tingaland was absolutely fantastic and thoughtfully organized. The place was neat and hygienic, and every little detail was handled with care. Appreciation to Executive Manager Mrs. Meenu Verma for her excellent management. The children had enjoyed every moment. It was truly a lovely experience! Thankyou Tingaland 🥰

This establishment is dangerously negligent and completely unfit to handle children. The staff hides behind artificial politeness, but their actions reveal a shocking lack of professionalism, care, and basic responsibility. Our young child was sent alone to the washroom, struggled to manage independently, and was refused help when she asked for assistance. This is beyond unacceptable and puts a child’s safety at risk. The staff behaved in a cold, dismissive, and hostile manner, showing zero empathy. They refused to allow a helper even for very young children, demonstrating a total disregard for fundamental childcare standards. Such behavior is alarming and inexcusable. Adding to this, the sales team aggressively pushed their services and pressured us to leave a positive review, which felt manipulative, unethical, and deeply inappropriate. This place lacks accountability, ethics, and compassion. Parents should avoid this establishment at all costs. We will never return and strongly warn others against entrusting their children’s well-being here. Visited on Weekday
