Tumble House Duplo

Absolutely love the place and our experience with our son’s birthday celebration. Amazing cooperative staff as well.

There is not really a good impression of this place, the attitude of the staff is not gentle and the service is not dedicated when compared to other similar soft play places in Delhi.. My child's leg was scratched while playing, but it took a long time for the staff to treat the wound. I bought 1.5 hours to play but after 1 hour, almost staff asked me to leave, it took time to explain that I had bought 1.5 hours with them.

Had a birthday party for a child in the family yesterday and will NOT be having any more birthday parties here. The electricity went out at 12.20pm, and came back at 12.46pm. In today's time and age, WHO DOESN'T HAVE BACKUP FOR 26 MINUTES? The people (guests invited to the birthday) used the torches on their phones for that entire duration. I understand there was no AC but in a basement, but there was no ventilation from anywhere, and not a fan in sight. It was SUFFOCATING. Children were getting agitated, sweating and parents were constantly worried about how to find a child inside the play area when it is pitch dark. In an area where you have slides, different rides, stairs, doors, gates, everything is a hazard for 3 year old who cannot see anything. There was NO apology from the management. We not only lost out on 30 minutes of the birthday party time, but were also left with a bad memory for life. The space charges lakhs and cannot afford a generator. Our birthday party was till 2.30pm, yet the staff started asking guests if they needed anything "else" at 1.30pm, not as a courtesy to bring them something else but as if they were wrapping up everything. Tumble House Duplo never again.

Place is awesome, food ,servicing, decoration and all the staff members were really great..our guests were rly happy..play area is so big , kids enjoyed a lot..we would recommend our friends for the place, one of the best birthday place in delhi❤️

Thank You Tumble House by Duplo for organising my son’s 3rd birthday! The food was excellent, the decor was beautifully done and the little surprise elements brought a big smile to my face. :) Lovely staff and service. Each and every staff member was so attentive and helpful.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday there !! The organisation was perfect ! The manager co-ordinated perfectly to our demands and everything happened so smoothly

I had an amazing experience celebrating my son's birthday. The staff was very cooperative and courteous and the food was delicious, no complaints on that. Loved everything about the play area.

I think I had decided to do my daughter’s birthday the first day I stepped into Tumble House Duplo. The staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming! Cut to.. planning the birthday with Swati.. she was very quick in responding to queries and always had a solution.. the party was so beautifully managed.. from the decor to the activities to the food.. she made sure everything was taken care of and we just had to show up and have a good time. Although Swati manages the space, she has a special way of treating the kids.. It was amazing to see how the most difficult and naughty children went to her with so much ease.. the staff in the playarea are so careful and vigilant with the kids that mommies need not worry! Hats off to you guys and I wish you all the success!

Average play area. Most importantly the play area didn’t seem clean, looked very old. Everything is overpriced , management was not warm either. It seems like care only about money. there are so many better play areas at reasonable prices , plus the way it is in a basement and completely enclosed , it’s a fire hazard. Parking is from gate no.1 and parking exit looked quite unhygienic . Not recommended.

I visited last year in June. I'm writing this review after seeing all the fire incidents taking place and I realise that if something happens to the little children i will not be able to forgive myself for not writing this review. The location of this play house is a big fire risk. The kitchen of restaurants in this building are running from the basement where this play house is located. As i was exiting in my car i saw these kitchens and horror of horrors i saw about 50 gas cylinders stacked on a platform there. They were covered with a green sheet. I stopped going to this place after this heart numbing experience. Next time I went to tumble house in defence colony i complained to the manager there. However, i don't think anything would have changed. Please check carefully before you go with your precious children.
