So nice place for both parents and kids. The food was good and play area was so large enough for 4-7years old kids. My son made a wonderful moment for his birthday party.

We hosted our 3-year-old's birthday party today at your venue, which was booked for a 2.5-hour slot. We were dismayed that there was a 20-minute power outage during this time. The fact that the management was unaware of the cause and had to call an electrician was concerning. The complete lack of power backup was extremely surprising and frankly, posed a significant safety issue for the young children in the play area. Following the restoration of power, we were further disappointed by the absence of any proactive apology or offer of compensation from the management. It was only after we raised our concerns that a mere 20 minutes of extra playtime was offered, which was impractical as the children were already winding down and ready to depart. Their overall response felt inadequate given the disruption and potential safety risks we experienced." They eventually offered us 5 percent compensation but wouldn’t serve us coffee or the kids ice cream - till we mentioned that this was the least they could do. Tumble House Duplo's business practices appear to disregard essential aspects of health and safety, as well as customer service.

Their policies for the food area being part of the access time is a joke. They take atleast 15-20 mins to bring anything and 10mins to eat so effectively they are ensuring 50% extra profit if you end up eating anything there. To top it all over time they have reduced portions and increased pricing. The staff is ok and the quality of the play area itself also is not bad that’s why they saved a star. But the admin staff is rude at the front desk as if they are doing you a favour by letting you in.

Review of Tumble House Play AreaI recently hosted a birthday party at Tumble House Play Area, and while the facilities were enjoyable for the kids, there were several disappointments regarding the service. Firstly, I was surprised that there was no discount or exemption for the birthday child. Despite the significant amount we paid, not a single gesture was made to accommodate or appreciate the birthday boy, which is something I’ve experienced at other venues. Additionally, the last hour of our booking, from 7:30 to 8:30, was quite frustrating. The staff seemed more concerned with wrapping up the event and settling the bill than allowing our guests to enjoy themselves. Several helpers were constantly hovering around, rushing us to eat and clear the tables, even though some of our guests were still present.For the amount charged, I expected a more accommodating and guest-friendly experience. Unfortunately, the lack of discounts or additional benefits, along with the hurried and somewhat intrusive service, left a lot to be desired.

Thankyou so much for an amazing party. Everything was to the point and impeccable. Everyone was happy.

This feedback I am specifically writing for Vasant Kunj tumble house. We went to book the place for my daughter’s birthday . But we didn’t. The girl who was sitting there to deal with us was rude. There was no smile on her face which was really unpleasant for us. We stay close by however we choose to book other play area which is little far, only and only because we were not happy with the customer dealing of tumble house VK. It’s a business loss for you guys. We have booked other play area. The difference was the way they dealt with us was so good that we immediately booked the place.

First visit was great. Second time I was shocked how they behave towards children. They don’t allow food or water. I’m totally fine with food. But they were so eager to earn money with their restaurant that they send their manager to inform me that my 2 year old child isn’t allowed to drink water from a baby bottle. Every parent knows the struggle to get their little ones hydrated and they wanted to take the water away. Water is a basic need. They offered me to hand over our bottle to them and to ask them all the time for water if it was needed. I shall search always for the staff to ask for our baby water bottle. That’s not how a small child should be treated in a place for children.
