Exorbitant prices; their cafe and play area timing are counted together, which is the first of its kind rules. The food is average. The play area is huge and okay.

Like seriously……!! You have to pay extra if you are eating dere after your kid play time gets over. Really means we have to pay extra to let our child eat after play time.. what a ridiculous policy you are running. Never ever gonna go dere..!! Front desk girl is so rude nd full of attitude as if we are coming for free.. Dey charge 900 per hour. Including kid eatting time.. guys change this or shut down your play area. Highly DISAPPOINTED…👎

This is the second consecutive year that I celebrated my son’s birthday at Tumble House. The kids absolutely loved it! I’m very happy with the quality of food and service.

I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here…it was a great experience…My daughter loved the place. All the children had a lot of fun…nobody wanted to come out of the play area…An amazing place for kids….delicious food…the staff is also very courteous….

Best place to do birthday celebrations , very professional staff. Your only job is to prepare the guest list. The food is great and they have a tie up for every service.

Situated in the basement of Imperial club, this is a dimly lit & dingy play area. It is also one of the most expensive ones in Delhi. Arcade games are not included in per hour cost. One of the most annoying part is that cafe time is included in the 1 hour of play time. This means that the child has to eat and play within the allotted 1 hour. No other play areas restricts cafe time to within the hour. Poor food service as well. The only (and I mean only) reason we came here is because it is not crowded. I guess, people know of the drawbacks. We are never returning now. There are better options out there.

I celebrated my baby girl 1st bday! But experience was really bad. Manager was not at all cooperative. Even every person here says different things according to their convenience.

It was my 7yo son’s birthday today.i brought my 10month old along. They asked me to pay for him just for his existence here. He can’t even walk. We assured them that we won’t put him down on the floor but they did not agree. It’s not that we can’t pay but it’s about normal understanding. We wanted to talk to the manager but sadly the manager was the same person who told us all this. Really disappointed.

Me and baby tripped over the wet floor( which the staff had mopped) like really wet floor. (Almost like spilled water) Anything could have happened since he is really small. No caution sign for wet floor either. Really pathetic place. Would highly recommend not to come here if your child’s safety is important to you.

Pros :- - The place is loaded with fun filled activities for the kids. Surely, even 1 hour feels too less with the kinds of activities here. - they have plenty of staff manning most of the places ensuring it's safe for everyone (atleast on a weekend) Cons: - Something which most of the Indian businesses lack. The customer support / staff is a lot robotic and lacks emotions and understanding of people's concerns. If they can iron out this this place would be a 5 star location for kids to play - the Price is on a higher side for an hour's place, which means someone may not come here quite often too. Same is about the cost of the items from th cafe
