Great experience in arcade zone. Mr Bunty was very helpful

A Memorable Yet Concerning Visit to Games Home This place truly offered a delightful experience — it was only my second time trying bowling in my life. The first was with a friend, and this time, with my cousin sisters who live in Bangalore. Interestingly, it was also their second time playing. We visited Games Home and opted for three exciting zones: 1. Shooting Zone 2. Arcade Zone 3. Bowling Zone We had a lot of fun exploring these areas, especially the arcade and bowling sections which were well-managed and enjoyable. However, our excitement was dampened by a very concerning experience in the Shooting Zone — specifically, the bow and arrow activity. It felt extremely risky. Unlike other places where clear safety instructions are provided and disclaimers are signed before playing, here there was no guidance, no safety gear, and absolutely no precautions. Sadly, one of my sisters even got slightly injured due to the lack of safety protocols, which was very upsetting. As much as we had fun initially and the place won our hearts with its entertainment value, this one unsafe experience truly ruined it for us. I hope the management reads this and takes immediate steps to implement safety standards in the shooting area. The potential for harm is real, and no fun is worth risking someone’s well-being.

Extremely disappointed with the experience. The lanes weren’t working, they told us to complete 5 rounds in 5 minutes or they were going to ‘close’, with all the fault of their bowling lanes not working on time. The lanes were even crooked and not worth the money. Workers spoke rudely and told us they weren’t going to compensate. Would never recommend
