Very rude. Very harsh behaviour of Mr Kuldeep Sharma at v3S mall Nirman Vihar Delhi. We have been straight away asked to move out . He asked to buy a gaming card. Which is not suitable with my 1 and half year daughter. Very much dissatisfied, annoyed. Pathetic Visited on Weekend Reservation recommended No
Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience V3S Mall ke SkyJumper ka experience honestly bahut hi disappointing raha. Employees ka behaviour extremely rude, disrespectful aur unprofessional tha. Customers ke saath properly baat karne ke bajaye unnecessarily argue karna, misbehave karna aur badtameezi karna inka attitude laga. Sabse concerning baat games aur payment handling ko lekar rahi. Machines/games mein paise kaise liye aur use kiye ja rahe the, usmein mujhe transparency bilkul nahi lagi. Aisa feel hua ki customers se galat tareeke se extra/incorrect charges liye ja rahe hain, aur jab iske baare mein poocha toh proper explanation dene ke bajaye staff ne argue aur misbehave kiya. Overall staff ka treatment bahut unfair aur disrespectful tha. Cleanliness aur management bhi satisfactory nahi laga. Customer ko respect dena aur transparent payment system maintain karna basic responsibility hai, jo yahan missing laga. Meri personal experience ke basis par, main is place ko recommend nahi karungi. Management ko staff behaviour, payment transparency, customer handling aur cleanliness par seriously action lena chahiye. Paise spend karke agar aapko peace of mind aur basic respect bhi na mile, toh jaana bilkul worth it nahi lagta. Visited on Weekday Reservation recommended No
Amazing Birthday Party for My Son! I couldn’t be happier with how my son’s birthday party turned out, thanks to the team of Sky Gamer. They took care of everything – from the decorations to the entertainment, making it a fun, stress-free experience. My son had an unforgettable day, and the guests had a blast too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to throw a memorable party!
Had an awesome experience at Sky Gamer! There are so many fun activities under one roof. I really enjoyed the VR games, trampoline park, bowling, shooting games, bike racing simulators, and the claw machines where you can win gifts. The place has a great vibe, the games are well-maintained, and there's something for every age group. It's a perfect spot to hang out with friends or family and spend a few hours having fun. Definitely looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended! Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure
