The Game Palacio

Really poor service and highly unprofessional staff. The waitlist for the bowling game was extremely long. We were told to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes, yet people who arrived 30 minutes after us were allowed to play before us. Very disappointing experience and poor management overall.

Dispite having booking and reaching the venue on time and before other geoups/guest we were denied the indoor table with reason that other person has done booking on call / for other table other griup l is booking bowling game hence they have holding the table for them till thwy finish thw game which is 2 hours. Manager kept changing his stance. Most pathetic expericence. Not recommonding at all.

Looking for a restaurant that offers more than just food? This place combines great dining with exciting games, making it a perfect destination for friends, families, and couples

Pallavi and gungunhas attend our three kids . And she has done her job very great fully. She is very polite and good in behaviour ❤️❤️

It wasn't good, the first reason is parking. They told us there is self parking & paid parking we kept asking for self parking & they refused to tell us & we were forced to pay almost 200+ rupees for parking only. & Then in the game of Palacio the machines weren't working properly in bowling, we asked why & we also said that this thing never happened in dlf & they admitted themselves that dlf is much better lol. Also the food was very bland. We ordered fries & it was very bland. We had to add seasonings on our own & it was still bland the worst I've ever had. & Then they forced us to get socks too (I know it's mandatory) but they let other people do bowling bare footed. Very weird? Not a good experience I'll never go here again.

you're looking for a place for casual fun bowling arcade games, hanging out with friends or family The Game Palacio, Pitampura, is definitely worth checking out. It offers a good mix of entertainment + food in a clean, well-designed setting. If you go in expecting luxury or restaurant-level perfection.

Game parlour is nice. We went with our kids and we were enjoying but there staff spoiled our full energy and fun. Very rude staff specially the guy who serves food. Our kids were eating snacks and in between he said leave the place and we said wait let kids finish their snacks we will leave and sit somewhere.there was no other space to sit and eat.and then our mood got spoiled and we left the half eating. And above that manager was more smart one side he was saying sorry and other side he said you can pack your food. Very disappointing Behaviour. We spent around 10000+6000 and staff was very rude. Will not recommend to have snacks their and about game. There are many other game parlours near by also.. Why to go where customers are not treated nicely

Worst experience ever. We booked a slot through District for 12:00 AM, but when we reached, they refused to let us play. If the slot isn’t actually available, why is it being shown and allowing people to book it in the first place? Completely ruined our mood and wasted our time. Very disappointing experience. Never going back here again.

Experience bilkul acha nahi raha. Gaming zone ki activities utni interesting nahi lagi aur overall experience paise ke hisaab se worth it nahi laga. Staff aur management bhi expected level ke nahi lage. Mere liye to ye experience disappointing raha, dobara jaane ka plan nahi hai.

Absolutely disgusting place. We have booked our table in advance and travelled 2 hours to enjoy birthday of our friend. But we are not given our alloted seats and are made to sit in non-ac area facing direct sunlight .Also birthday party of our friend is ruined cause some friend of owner has their own party going on and despite booking in advance, we are not given even a response from any staff and manager didn't even bother to come meet us . The staff too is very arrogant and unfriendly. I think it's worst place and a place where pre booking is nothing, you must know manager personally or need to be his relative to get decent services. If there's option of 0 star rating, I would be more happy to give it.
