The Game Palacio

Really good place had a very nice time Mr Ashish(Waiter) was really helpful and interactive! The service given by him was good!

Two stars from my side for ambience and food but here the staff lacks courtesy, a waiter misbehaved with my female friend by talking impatiently to leave the table for others giving the impression of being trained to attend guests with rudeness. Wasted our time and money at this place

The food is very good, everything is very good, the staff is very good, I liked the food very much, it is my point to talk and sana such a good person and beautiful girl waaooo...❤️❤️❤️

Guys please avoid this place if you are looking for games and bowling. This place is really bad in terms of experience. Bowling alley frequently disrupting, extra charges for VAT, customer behaviour. If possible I would have given them 0. Instead try Timezone in nearby mall in Unity Elegante mall. You will get full value for your money. They also charge for socks as well

Bowling was gr8 experience , the humus pita was really Good ,they have a Gr8 cocktails as well

Nice place ambience is good just a recommendation visited this place on weekdays if you want to fully enjoy this place on weekends a bit more crowded.

I with my 10 friend went to bowling there last night and it was a pathetic experience we were given 2 lane which we have to change because of glitch for which we move our stuff from one table to another and the lane given to us i.e 3and 4 were not working properly either The game was stopped atleast 6-8 times on both lane for various reasons which broke the flaw and fun we were having Ps Staff was very polite and helpful no complaint on them

The Game Palacio is the place where you want to spend time with your friends. The food is great, the music is nice wanting you to play games more and more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Game Palacio. The management team truly stands out for their professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency. Every detail — from the ambience to customer service — reflects how well the place is run. The staff was extremely courteous, quick to respond, and ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The managers were visible, approachable, and handled everything seamlessly, even during peak hours. It’s rare to see such well-coordinated and customer-focused management in the hospitality industry today. Overall, the management deserves full credit for maintaining such high standards of service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and well-managed entertainment experience!

The food is very very good. The vibe is excellent. The games are also pretty unique
