Excellent food ,games and what a gr8 experience all under the same roof
Worst experience. Mr. Upendra was extremely unprofessional and claimed to have 9 years of experience, yet lacked basic customer communication skills. His behaviour towards customers was completely unacceptable. If the owner wishes to run this establishment properly, they should seriously consider appointing a more competent and experienced manager.
This place is nice, but the staff and the manager is very rude and borderline bully. We asked them before entering that we will be making reels and we will also order and we will pay you for the order. We will not disturb the crowd and it was mostly empty, so there was no crowd to be disturbed they they agreed, and when we started having food And started to shoot, the Manager came and started being rude to us and made us leave. We took the permission before sitting, he did not listen to us and was very, very, very rude. If he would not have given permission we would have not entered. Or ordered or wasted our time. He started literally fighting us, while we requested him politely. We're even considering booking for a party but will not even recommend anyone.
If you’re looking for a place for casual fun — bowling, arcade games, hanging out with friends or family — The Game Palacio, Pitampura, is definitely worth checking out. It offers a good mix of entertainment + food in a clean, well-designed setting. If you go in expecting luxury or restaurant-level perfection.
