I was yesterday there, I was just enter , staff feel me like a king , great taste great ambiance , bowling experience was superb, great management, Technical head Mr. Mayank dixit was very much supportive. Over all great experience. U must be go nd u want to go again And again.
Game Palacio was a real surprise!🤯 At first I thought it would just be a gaming zone or bowling alley, but it turned out to be much more than that. It is a perfect combination of food and fun. You can enjoy great food while playing games must visit …
Great experience nice place to hangout with friends and family ✨
It is a good place to enjoy with friends and the behaviour of game palacio staffs was so nice and I felt delightful by visiting this place
WORST EXPERIENCE, not properly functioning at all. Ac water is dripping everywhere. Bowling hangs alot
Such a amazing and wonderful experience at their , everything is very amazing the vibe , the music, the ambience, the staff , the food everything is 10/10 and specially thanks to amit to make our day so so special they are such a humble person and they serve everything with a beautiful smile and love so thank u AMIT. ♥️😍 …
Worst place for bowling. Not enough/limited bowling balls. Keeps getting stuck.
Worst bowling alley I’ve seen in Delhi. The lane is sloped to the left and pins keep getting stuck, making the game pointless. The arcade area is okay, but the staff is rude and unhelpful. One game got stuck and instead of helping, they blamed us and denied any maintenance issue. Very poor experience overall.
Food is not good (no salt it feels tasteless). Even service is really slow and even after getting listed on swiggy dineout they dont accept payment from that. Have a really good ambience but other than that nothing is good. Was expecting a really good experience by watching the ambient and vibes but not upto the mark
The games are expensive starting from 150 . Management is poor. Cricket game had technical issues. Most of the games have only one chance to play. Not worth it. Bowling cost 600 pp. The area around the lift has no fans or AC. A lot needs to be improved. If one has to enjoy arcade better go to NSP mall.
