PVR INOX

Watched movie on 20 Dec at audi 1. There is provision of staff attending for food service at seat. After pressing the bell for haf hour no one attended. We finally went to counter and ordered. If you cant fulfill do not commit or offer tge services. Its unprofessional!. Too costly items. No cash accepted. Its "dadagiri".

Pros : 1. Cheaper than PVR Gold Class or Directors cut. 2. Recliners 3. Now has non veg food as well. Cons : 1. Shady neighbourhood at night 2. Very poor service as per luxury Gold Class Pvr Standards 3. Ridiculously expensive food not good quality - I go to PVR Directors Cut - Vasant Kunj regularly & the food there is substantially better. DEAL BREAKER : NO DIET COKE / DIET PEPSI / COKE ZERO available. Just to make a quick buck this is ridiculous 40% of 40+ Indians have Diabetes. Pop corn & coke is a staple - HOW CAN U NOT SERVE DIET COKE / COKE ZERO / PEPSI MAX ANS: Because it has to be sold at MRP. Cant wait for Netflix to premier movies so these guys go bankrupt.

Nehru place ka cinema hall bahut acche hain aur vahan ke staff ke vyavhar bahut achha hai customer se acchi tarike se baat karte hain like you

Good movie watching experience. Kid-friendliness Good for family Movie genre Romance Seat comfort Comfortable

Luxury sitting is only major part of attraction. Better for senior citizens as even in the show I am in 90 percent are so.

Manager shweta , let's her staff loose on people who come to watch the movie in order to fetch food bills from them leaving behind no privacy to clients who entered. On encounter of n non availability of food she starts accusing me watching a movie for the first time in my life and gets angry and shows me my audace . Inox can never be a brand . A brand becomes with clients nt with rudesters like her who bully people with no fault . In the very first place she tells her name incorrect to escape , fortunately met her senior n escalated. I never visit inox always prefer gold class or director cut over them . Every time I visit inox some or the other disappointment is there. If u want to spoil ur day after spending money experience them. I hope this review reaches the management.

So Unprofessional. This has been the worst experience possible. The show was to start at 4:10pm.. it’s 4:45pm and it has still not started. They should tighten up their management or be ready to shut shop. This is ridiculous.

INOX Insignia at Epicuria, likely affiliated with INOX Nehru Place, stands adjacent to the Metro Station compound. Delivering a deluxe movie experience, it boasts impressive picture and sound quality, coupled with comfortable seating and well-maintained washrooms. While the diverse food options are available, the quality may not fully justify the prices. Overall, it provides a premium cinema experience.

It was truly a next level experience. I personally loved it. I would have given it a 5 star rating but i found only one thing that was not up to mark was service. Service was quite slow as expected. But this is a must visit place with family n friends.

Absolutely pathetic front seat placement. There should not be any front seats at this theatre. Legally there should not be any seats so near the screen and still they have a row to make dirty money. The distance to screen is never declared on the website or booking platforms and advertised as if it’s an ideal front row. No one even sits this close to their TV at home. Never coming back here again.
