PVR INOX

If your movie is in audi number 3, then it will be a bad experience. The sound quality is poor. The last row seats have hindrance from the people sitting in the 2nd last row. Watched movie thrice in this audi and it was never a good experience. Their popcorns are never hot enough but they are sweet enough to replace. They are mostly out of their dessert too. I have watched over 10 movies here and Audi 3 was always bad. Overall , they should definitely work on bringing more food on their menu.

Experience was great clean theatre , and washroom . But blankets weren’t available . Had to ask twice . To receive them almost jn Interval. Rest all great staff

Horrible facilities. We've been coming here for years but in the last 2 years it appears they really don't care about maintainance. Everytime we have gotten a broken seat even thought the prices ares exorbitant and ana apology with a complimentary drink. This time we thought it would be better after a 8 month gap but no change. Would not suggest anyone to waste their money unless they care about the food which is exceptionally good..

The movie had no sound and they wasted another hour fixing it and were checking sound by playing random movies. Pretty bad ! Poor sound still

Terrible experience. While buying the ticket, the movie duration was 2 hours 16 mins. It was clearly mentioned that this is an ad free movie. There was an interval, and even with the interval, the movie ended in 2 hours flat. It was a 3D movie, so they gave glasses. They assured the audience that the glasses are sanitized, but they weren't clean We requested for another pair, and were missing the movie in the duration that it took them to bring a new pair which too was not clean. The WORST PART, the movie was only 3D in PARTS. Some of it was 2D, some of it 3D. So we kept trying to wear our glasses and take them off because the visuals were hazy. Additionally the projector wasn't working well because you could see the camera edges on screen. The movie began at 10.10am and all yhis happened by 10.32. That's 22 mins of the movie missed. We asked the team to issue a refund. They obviously didnt. We then asked them to pause it so we don't miss the rest. We requested them to restart it, they agreed and eventually only went back by about 5 mins That effectively made us miss about 17 mins of the movie. This is the most premium movie viewing experience in the city and totally NOT worth it. Would NOT recommend.

The security personnel received absolutely no support from the VIP; yet, the VIP's security is of paramount importance to them.

Worst experience. Booked the show for audi 1. After we reached here, the manager said there was some glitch and the movie was not available. We could see the audi was given for a private screening. Avoid visiting here.

Amazing experience in food or movie

Broken recliner kept hurting entire movie in their most expensive category. I complained about it thrice but no one was there to answer me. Manager didn't came on calling. Other executives were also not helpful for the same. Would never recommend wasting money here.

Our recent visit presented unforeseen circumstances. Despite a confirmed booking for Audi 1, upon arrival, we were informed of a technical issue preventing the scheduled screening. The assigned auditorium appeared to be in use for a private event. We advise caution when considering this venue.
