Giving a 1 because I cant give a 0. I had ordered a customized lamp for a friend. The first product they sent me had some random persons photo in it and it was not even a lamp. I raised a complaint. They responded saying that I will get a replacement in 4-5 days. 15 days later I got a parcel. This time as well, they failed to deliver the right product. They dont provide refunds so its extremely convinient for them to not really care about you as a customer once you have paid. There are many other websites you can check for customized gifts. Even if all the other websites are down, my review would be not to order a gift from here because you are bound to have a terrible experience.

Tooo much delay tk deliver product I order a product on 18 june and today 25 june till not shipped my product

Very bad experience. Delay service. Product is defective. Non functional led frame. No reply after complain. What to do. Only automated response. Very disappointed to purchase from this site. All money wasted. No option to refund or repair. Don't purchase by seeing ad on insta. Order id- EZ434444376

Please requesting everyone to not waste money in this site. Product cost is on higher side and quality is lowest. I ordered this glass item but I received it with lots of scratches. Its looking old and used.

Please don’t buy anything from them, there customer care is most active before you buy the product but post sales service is really bad. I have request to return the product due to quality issues and now they have stopped replying me. I have been unfortunate enough to gift it to someone but be careful whenever you buy something from them. And there is no proper return policy they just give you vague updates. Don’t ever buy LED from them, there are much cheaper option with a way better quality, also the packing is so bad that the thermocol sticks to LED light.

I am not giving five stars only because of late delivery or else I received an amazing product and the best part is that, I told them that I didn't like the quality of the pictures that they sent and when I informed them about the issue, they sent the photos again without any second question. Good quality product, excellent customer service.

Giving 1 star before I’m getting my delivery. Reason: if you keep your cc number switched off, do not respond on WhatsApp though i tried all this during there working days and hours. This is so pathetic. I have prepaid order before 5 days now, today is mother’s day and i haven’t received the parcel yet. No cc, No tracking id and nothing and they say express delivery for prepaid. Total bullshit. If your cc doesn’t exist then i will put this in a fraud business category. Another day: updating my review: received after 8 days, already spoiled mother’s day surprise . And now when I received this, I’m so disappointed. 3rd class quality of this product. Everything is readymade and they will just stick photo from outside on glass. My uploaded image was clicked from dslr but the quality of photo print they stick on glass is so poor, blurry and colorless. Horrible. Looted me. 100rs of material and charged 1100 rs. Bloody hell bussines. And nobody is responding on calls and whatsapp now. They don’t have manners to attend their customers. Pls pls don’t buy from here. Instead you can try another options.

No proper response. I have ordered a product on August 12th, still i didn't receive it. They are not reachable. Waste of money n fake website. Don't loose your money

I placed an order on 29th August, but I have still not received it, nor have I received any update regarding its status. I called today to inquire about the order, but I did not receive any positive response. When I informed them that I wanted to cancel the order, I was simply told, “Okay.”
