They are pathetic. Nither the website is good, nor the so called customer support on WhatsApp. The products as well which you place an order for will have lots of difference. In mine, the personalized message was missing and which was the key to the whole concept. They will just paste the photo prints (normal paper)and print your name on the product. Feeling more cheated rather than being happy.

They promise that they will dispatch your order the next day. But nothing like this happens, it has been 3 days since I ordered but they cheated me, took prepaid Rs 799 and did not send anything.

Initially I was a bit skeptical to order this online but they gave me the option of cash on delivery. I didnt know how the quality would be like, but once i received the product it was just beautiful. They delivered on time as promised which was 7 days. I would highly recommend My Photo Print if you are looking for gifts for your loved one's.

It's my mistake that I have ordered the gift for my friend from this site after seeing the add from insta. These people are fraud. They show something else and deliver something else. In my case they have made the mistake twice. One of the worst service and pethatic organization I came across. My all money got wasted.

The product is worst of all and doesn’t justify the cost. In the site they say that its 3D acrylic. But they just paste the photo in the glass frame. It looks so ugly that I couldn’t gift it. Don’t fall for the pictures shown in the portal. The end product doesn’t even look close to what has been displayed. They are such fraudsters.

Please don't buy anything from this site. The people who handles the customer service is completely into tricking the customers and lying to them. It's been one and half months after i received a product that was not what I had requested for and asked for replacement for which first they lied that it was dispatched and returned, and later asked me to wait as they were running out of some props for the item. Clearly, they lied about the dispatch and return earlier. And i literally had to run behind them for a refund for almost 2 months. And when i call them to enquire they abruptly disconnect the call or gives a false assurance of calling back in 10-15mins or stops answering the call after seeing the number. So please order from a place where you get a better customer service if something goes wrong.

Don't see google reviews or social media reviews. Don't waster your money. Cost is very high and quality is very very cheap. On top of that, their service is terrible. I order 1 item for some personal occasion to give surprise and they deliver wronge item. I called them multiple times to send me ordered item. They r not even responding. The dedicated mobile they have given is not at all reachable and nobody respond on it. I paid almost 1500 rs and that is total loss. Don't waste your money. They just post good looking items on social media just to attract people but once you place the order. They don't even care is it delivered or not? Very very bad experience. Better to buy from authorised vendors like amazon or flipkart.

I have ordered two custom photo letter names. Excellent finishing. Beautiful is a very small word to describe these items. One letter was missing in my package. I have reported immediately, and the team is so much responsible, that they immediately aligned one of their managers, I have received it in next 2 business days. Really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Very attentive and approachable customer service from MyPhotoPrint. Had a few of requests and Kiran has responded in short time. I am very impressed with the effort from their team! (Saw some negative reviews, but I think they worth for a second chance!)
