Gem Selections: Khanna Gems Janak Puri

Owner thinks of himself no less than a Celebrity. No sense of customer service , deals as if he's selling them for free. Provides to the point answers. Keeps engaged on his phone. Basically a " Lena hai toh lo, wrna niklo"- kind of attitude

Khanna Gems gives valuable effort to show me stones and explain us how and where it was produced. I was appreciate by his knowledge. Fabulous people at this place with a huge selection of stones.

Very bad experience. They don't even let the customers to enter inside the shop. They allow only one customer at time. If someone takes one hour, then will the other customers wait outside their shop for one hour? Even they don't bother to know that if someone is visiting to their shop, what they wanted to buy from them.

I came to gemselections after doing lots of market search, and this place is truly houses the best collections of gem stones in Northern region. Mr. Pankaj ji have beautiful collections of gem Stones and I highly recommend this place for buying high quality gem stones from Gemselections. My best wishes to them
