Hotel is at very good location. Easy acess to nearest metro station. Staff is very friendly and coperative. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Fast WiFi network. My Overall stay was amazing. I loved the location of the hotel, as it’s near Karol Bagh metro and the market, making shopping and travel very convenient. the worst experience in a hotel, ever. - in the first hour we checked in, we saw a rat running around the room. horrified we brought it to the staff's attention, they moved us to another room, and it's another nightmare experience. the AC was broken, and we couldn't sleep the whole night due to the immense heat, this was after travelling for more than 10 hours. we told the staff multiple times that the AC was broken, they just play around with the remote and leave. the whole room dusty, stained sheets, unclean bathroom and damaged sink.this place doesn't look like it has been only for an year. we booked the property based on the reviews. We had originally planned to stay here 20 nights. but it was horrible so we are out after just 2 days. - the only positive was the food they served in room service

Avoid at all costs. After travelling around Asia for 4 months I’ve come back to say that this was our worst stay. Rooms were damp and dirty with no windows and the manager was rude. SCAM! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I have been travelling around India for over a month now and have never had an experience this bad, I have also never been asked to make any prepayment. This hotel made us process a prepayment and overcharged us for two extra nights and said we would be refunded at the end of our booking then at checkout refused to refund us. The hotel manager told us that the accounts department won’t allow for a refund and then put us on the phone with someone who was definitely not the accounts department. I think the accounts department doesn’t exist to be honest and was just an excuse to not refund us for the two nights that we did not book for. Do not stay here under any circumstances you will be scammed and overcharged. This is so disheartening because I was only ever met with kindness and honesty at all other hotels/accomodation around India but my experience at Hotel Bricks has been so traumatic and dishonest. If I can give any advice to any other travellers; please do not stay here! It is unnecessary stress for such an otherwise beautiful country. Hotel brickes is one of the best hotel in Karol bagh with All basic amenities. Hotel manager is very polite, welcoming and honest. They provide good rooms . Also hotel staff like room service , houseking staff are very welcoming. They always be ready for help. Housekeeping staff gives daily basis room cleaning service. Good, clean and modern hotel located in a good location near Jhandewala & Karol Bagh Metro station. The receptionist and hotel manager are very friendly and helpful. The service is a little slow and we could hear some of the housekeeping staff shouting outside in the hallway during middle of the night on 2 out of 3 nights of our stay.
