Overall, the Oxford Bookstore in CP is more than just a bookstore—it's an experience, a place where the love for books and culture comes alive.

First of all, the staff repeatedly kept coming to the table to ask whether the bill for the book had been paid or not. Despite explaining this multiple times, the interruptions continued. Eventually, I placed the book bill on the table so that anyone approaching could clearly see it. The staff behavior was utterly unprofessional and arrogant. There was no basic courtesy or smile, and the pizza served was extremely disappointing in quality. When I requested the table to be cleared, as it was very small and cluttered, the staff delayed cleaning it. Instead of addressing the request properly, they placed the bill on the table first. I was still considering ordering more, but I was prematurely handed the bill. Even after this, while I was reading the bill, another staff member approached and again asked how I would be paying. At another table, when a guest asked the staff to clean the table, the staff member responded rudely and asked them to get up so he could clean it. Overall, the service and staff behavior were extremely poor. The experience felt uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and far below acceptable standards.

Liked the place. Wonderful ambience, the environment suddenly makes you feel good. They have books, merchandise shops, stationary and a lovely cafe. The only off point was the fact that they sell very less foreign and classic titles.

Awesome bookstore, it's interior is amazing, many people go to click awesome pictures. The aroma from the cafe enhances the experience in book store to the next level. If you are a book lover, do give it visit if you are in cannaught place and you will not be disappointed.

I loved the wide book collection they had including manga(s). They had this corner inside library where they displayed the handicrafts made by deaf artists to sell ( if possible, I recommend buying something from there to support the deaf artists organization and if not then just appreciate their beautiful work) Moreover they have a cute cafe inside the library which I think is amazing but it's usually crowded. Overall loved the experience
