I had exchanged my old generator with new one which purchased from the same brand Cruxweld. I used this old generator for 6 years and now I sold it to one of my friend. Although it is also working properly but I wanted to buy new one . My friend is also happy to get this because he didn't have money to buy new one so he purchased this from me. This is the main feature of their machines. Quality is beatable. No ther brand can provide this quality at this affordable range. That's why I am connected with them since 2010 and my all welding machines are being purchased from them only.

For my new workshop I purchased Tig 200 from them . This brand was highly recommended by my Uncle. Machine is very portable and light in weight. I can easily carry this with me for my work. I am a supplier and my mostly clients belong to South India. Now they mention while ordering the cutting and welding equipments that product should be of reputed brand just like Cruxweld. My all clients are satisfied with cruxweld. In last 3 months I had bought 17 machines from cruxweld. And all are working good. They used standard packaging and all necessary accessories are also sent along with machines. If their is any breakdown with any machines then the big relief is that their service centres are located everywhere. I am fully satisfied with this brand and suggesting to others also.

My requirement was a pipe cutter but which one should I buy was Lil bit confusing to decide. So for this I contacted them and their sales manager helped me out in a very polite way. He asked about my job work and suggested Tubocut Ms. So after placing my order, they delivered it within 4 days. It can be used for cutting as well as bevelling too the pipe upto 100 mm thickness. So much pleased to see the performance and thier customer support too. I am using this machine as getting quality results.

My one welder which I bought in 2017, had some issue while starting. So I contacted the company and registered my service request. Next day their service engineer visited and checked it. There was a minor internal issue which he resolved. He charged reasonable price as service charge as the machine was out of warranty. Their timely services are the main thing which keep me connected with this brand.
