It's been more than 10 years of experience with this brand. They're variety of welding and cutting equipments for each and every need. All are fabulous and designed with latest features. There are so many machines which i had purchased from them and i am using since a long time. All are still performing well. I am a fabricator and I feel that they had designed their equipment as per my need. I feel so satisfied while see the difference between work quality of these equipments and of other brand's equipments. Many of my known who are connected with this profession are also using this brand and getting desired performance.

Unprofessional, unethical, and worst people to deal with.Do not trust them guys, they simply will make us fool by giving wrong commitments. They will not pick your call no matter you call them 1000 times. This guys ruined our business and reputation. Why we reviewed like this, please read below my real horrible experience We have brought a stud welding machine from Crux weld. Mr Rahul Srivastava, introducing himself as Regional Sales Manager was initially a very gentleman prompt in picking calls and following up with as regularly with the enquiry we made. He was so convincing with his claim of after sales support all over india with technicians standby on call any time. We have made the payment believing his commitments and we brought the machine. We were not aware that the Purchase of Crux stud welding machine is the starting of our problems. We have been told that the machine will be mobilized immediate after recept of payment. The time of receipt was told to be 3 days.We made the payment, but machine was sent only on the other day. Transportation documents of some other party was sent to us for a name sake when we asked for tracking number. Atlast after 9 days we have received the machine. We were excited to receive the machine. Unfortunately our excitement did not last long. We unboxed the machine and started stud welding, the machine stopped working. We immeditely reached to Mr. Rahul Srivastava to update about the machine condition and for the after sales support. He enthusiastically picked our call and once he came to know about the machine problem he connected me to Mr Pankaj Yadav. From this time to till date he did not attend our call. (Mr punkaj is decent man, atleast he picks one out of 20 calls when compared to Mr Rahul. )We requested him for technicians to rectify the machine, he was very open and told us that there are no technicians available. If the machine wanted to be repared, it has to be sent back to there office. We requested him for another machine since the warranty of the machine is 2 years and the machine is not yet 2 days. Mr Pankaj gave us long class about his company process and procedure ultimately concluding that new machine cannot be sent. We asked him about the possibility of sending new machine to us If we sent him the tracking documents of our faulty machine which was sent back to Crux weld. He agreed, we couriered back the faulty machine, shared the documents. From that moment to this time we write, Mr Pankaj had not confirmed the new machine despatch status There is no other option to complain else where in Crux weld and we thought of saving others by sharing our experience with them.

I had bought welding generator from cruxweld two years ago. It was an awesome machine with dual functions. It's welding is strong And stable. The best part is that extra wheels are attached with this, so it's very comfortable for we to take it anywhere at my construction site. I bought it at reasonable rate. And I also get one year warranty. Two years have passed, but I didn't face any single issue with it's quality. It is designed as per the welder's needs. So highly recommend this brand.

And the most important, their prices are reasonable. When I bought machines from cruxweld for the first time, I was impressed by their customer support. Really impressed with their services. Last year I had placed an order of Mig welder which was being delivered within 3 days. I also got 2 years of warranty. After few months, there occurred some issue in machine . They send their technician but It didn't fix. So within 3 days they exchanged this with new one.

For which i hot their question and i was happy to see that rates were totally under my budget. So i made the payment. My first machine was Tig Ac/Dc. Till today i am using this welder. It's welding quality is awesome. And i feel so happy because I found a trustworthy brand for my all welding needs

Within 3 days I got it's delivery with standard packaging. This is a three phase inverter based machine which perfectly meets my expectations . It can also be used in damp and humid environment. I am happy with this machine.

Very interesting to work on their machines. We are using Mig 400 and CNC from the last 2 years. The services are excellent and we have ordered another Mig 400 today due to new order. They dispatched immediately and happy to know the promptness

I bought Tig 200 and one plasma cut 160 from cruxweld last year for my workshop. Both machines I got in my budget and of superb quality. Needed accessories are also received along with the machine and these are also made of best quit raw material. I am happy to get all at one place because it is very tough to find them in market. If I talk about customer services, according to me this company is best served provider. They send the technician along with the machine and also gave trial I it is being requested from the customer side. I am totally satisfied.

I am really very happy to get such a quality product and also recommend to other that if this brand is around you then you need not to search elsewhere. And now I have ordered for two ARC 250 they they are going to install these machines within given timeline.
