A great investment for any business looking to grow!

I purchased two paper cup making machines. After sale services is very good and the guidance of the owner also helped a lot. Have recommended my friends too to experience the after sale services of Small & Medium Business Industry. Also it has PAN india service.

Fraud company hai pehle delivery free batati hai aur installation bhi free batati hai payment done hone k bad extra amount mangte hai puri company fraud hai

I recently purchased a paper plate making machine from SMBI, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. The machine is high-quality, efficient, and easy to operate. The customer service team was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process. Highly recommend SMBI for anyone in need of reliable machinery

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! We bought three machines from them. After taking entire payment, they informed us that delivery will be extra. We had negotiated the price to include delivery and installation. After more discussion, we agreed to pay for delivery as long as the installation was still included. They charged 10k for the delivery and we found out from the delivery guy that actual cost was only 3k. They had overcharged us by 7k. After confronting them, they assured us that installation will be free and their technician will come in a few days to install. Those few days passed quickly and no one came. Meanwhile, they refused to pickup our phones. We finally got the saleswoman Deepa on call and she asked for 10K EXTRA to do installation as well!!! Our machines are still not installed. We plan to file a case against them.

Fraud seller, They will miss sell you machines. I bought a machine from them. While booking they told I will receive my machine within 4-5 working days but I received my machine after 12 days. Also they did not inform anything about installation charges. After they took the whole payment then they said there is additional installation charges of ₹12000 after bargaining they agreed at ₹8000. There is nothing wrong in asking for installation charges but it should be informed earlier while booking. After paying ₹8000 there engineer visited for installation and got to know that wrong machine is delivered and they refused to replace it with correct one and asked to keep the machine that is delivered stating it cannot be replaced and asked for ₹25000 additional to change it with the one that I have booked. I would like to alert all genuine buyers not to get fooled by this company. Also there seller will not receive your calls after you have made there payment.I am having all the required documents and proofs if required can reply I will share it.
