Meney SMBI se paper bag ke machine Lee thee or paper cup banaeu ke mahine Lee thee inkeee quality kaafee achee hai...mein inkee dono machine se kaafee acha business kr Raha hujn or abhi ek or machine laganey ka plan hai.

Don't buy any kind of machines from them they are not on their words and also fake promises and after selling the machine they just treat their customers like unknown person , they are just selling the machines not to give any kind service , in short word they are fraud people not to give any services ,fake promises, and not stay on their words specially the manager Ranjeet

Fack information provided and not provided any service then am purchasing item From SMBI COMPANY very poor service in company I request to all customers don't purchasing any item because provide wrong item and don't provide right information

Worst Company, 3rd grade machines, worst customer services, cannot rely on words, Always tried to loot customer. Its being 4 months, I purchased SS packing machine with raw material and till today unable to pack a single SS because of low quality parts used in machine. Even after escalating the issue to CEO(A.K. Singh) of the company. He himself is not a trust worthy person. His another company/branch "Small work India" in Lucknow, U.P is same. Surprise to see how IndiaMart allow them to register this company. Doing business with them is like risking your hard earned money. I could give rating in miuns if available.

Never Purchase Machine from SMB - Purchase machine where people can take care and provide services to there customer and fullfil there's commitment. Had very bad experience with this company, I will never suggest anybody to purchase any machinery from hear. I'm sharing my personal experience 1. They have taken good follow Up before sale the machine, After sale they didn't receive any call from lower authority to higher. 2. No internal communication between each other, No responsibility. if we called somebody they forward to others . 3. Fake commitments / Fake Promise. 4. No protocol. When I purchased the machine before 1 year, After my full payment those people never intimate that your machine is ready to move or ready to delivery, I got to know that they send machine to thair transportation partner after 10 -15 days, when machines condition is worse due to heavy rainfall. Even those people haven't take any safety of this high amount machine to cover the machine and save from heavy rain, and my machine is delivered not good condition many spare parts are damaged and I have to replace by my own. After couple of month later one service boy came, after an hour of his checking this machine said SMB will replace some spare parts and come back later to me and recheck again and make my machine perfect. But the time never comes, they say fake commitments of Free servicing but they never did. The service guy asked for service charge also and I have to give, I provided the train ticket to come at my place also . Then what's free hear? I'm asking what service you given to me ? I have maximum people's contacts in this organization but they didn't take any Calls once they get to know that this is service call. Even when I said please provide me some mechanic support I will pay them they didn't provide. I am not a businessman or not belong from any rich family, I am a employee save money little little to purchase this machine but because of you people that gone waist. Buyers please be aware of that , invest your money to the right place where you can get good machine even good technical support. Money is important for all. Thanks.

Bahut hi bekar service hai purchase karne se pahle sab kuch free tha jese hi adwance money di uske baad transport or technician ke charges items bhi short diya hai

3rd class company as well as people working in company. The owner of this company AK singh is very irresponsible person. He just take money from customer and don’t give any service to his customer. I purchased a mask machine 10 days back, till today that machine is not working. Every part of that machine is damaged. And he, his engineer all are fraud. He even not assembled the machine. He took money and said I won’t take any guarantee for machine. Please do not purchase any thing from this company otherwise you will just waste your money. AK singh is fraud.
