HINDCAM PVT. LTD.

i bought because of cheap rate but no service no Quality don't greed in cheapest buy high Quality machine from anywhere in India but not from this poor company.

One of the best companies for industrial machines. Quality, service, and commitment are top-notch.

When you go to purchase machine they will promise you to give best service .. but once you purchased machine they show their real site .... My husband purchased machine of worth 35 lakh which is a huge amount for a middle class .. after purchase their behaviour suddenly changed ... They take too much time to respond to the queries they even don't pick our calls .. they has given 2 years of warranty but they failed to keep their promise ... Their service is pathetic.. unprofessional... Such a liar company .. think before taking anything from them .and also ratings par mat jana ye jo 4.5 ya 4 ratings hai na ye fake hai inhone apne company ke logo se reviews likh waye hoge .. they deserve 0/5 ..... Your money and customer value for this company is zero

after 7 month of buying the machine I faced some problem in machine. All my problems were solved by Hindcam laser engineer Yogesh. He explained me very well.

All my problems were solved by hindcam laser engineer Himanshu. He explained each and every point to me very well. His service is very good. I purchased a lazer machine from Dakha enterprise (Delhi). Its a fraud company. There was no any engineer who can resolve my problem. They told me your lazer source is not working properly you will have to change the source. But I found HIMANSHU (Hindcam) by Google search. He is a perfect person who knows about lazer machine. Thanks Hindcam team.

I purchased the 100W CO2 laser engraver, and it has been working flawlessly, with precise cuts and designs. The customer support team has been responsive and helpful, providing timely assistance when needed.

I came to know about laser marking technology, I contacted many vendors. But I was not able to find the required solution. Finally when i contacted hindcam. They explained me about different technologies and give me a detailed demo. and helped me to buy right machine and save money

i have purchased a fiber laser marking machine and its been a year since i have purchased i am from bangalore the machine was transported here in their transport and after i installed the machine they provided me the online service of software installation and also set up the machine for me for engraving my products. They have provided service all time whenever i have asked for and never have said no for anything even though its been a year now they still help me to solve my query and issues if i have in my machine. Although the service provided by them was online to me i could understand it very neatly and clearly. Ms. Pooja mam helped me a lot during the time of purchase. Mr. Himanshu sir helped me in setting up my machine also and even now whenever we ask for any help they happily agree to help with each query. Happy to purchase from them Highly recommend them for the purchase

Excellent machines and services
