VERY NICE JOB OF YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER MR.JITENDER DEEGWAL. HE HAVE NICELY COMMISSIONED THE LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE AND GIVEN A GOOD TRAINING TO THE CONCERNED STAFF.
Bekar company, owner ko baat karne ki koi tameez nhi, payment lekar machine ki services ko lekar koi response nhi.
We bought a 2 lazer spot welding machine from them, their after sales support is completely absent and terrible, they have already charged us over 3 Lacks for machine in form of parts being replaced within 3-4 months of buying the machine. they have charged us over Rs. 50,000 as labour charges, even all these machines are under warranty, 9 out of 10 times they dont pick up the phone, they mostly ask us to send machines to their own service centre and get them picked, then keep machines for week and even after paying machines don't work. i will not buy any machine from them in future. having nightmare dealing with them.
