Mehta Hitech Industries Ltd

Thanks to mehta providing the best services after sales on time, and having a quality product

There is no service,Asking for money even if no parts are damaged, To get key every 30 days even after software purchased with machine. sorry to all not to purchased from this kind of peoples.

When we talking about mehta's group I'm very fear because mostly of company's given low rate as comparison Mehta but the Mehta machine at good performance and also includes the service are very excellent and I'm using fiber metal cutting and fiber laser marking machine and I'm very very satisfied on both

Pathetic service they don't have even one system to make a ticket for your fault machine. All fake promises they do at the time of machine booking. Very bad quality of manufacturing.please try some other manufacturer for your need. They are also doing china based assembly of product all manufacturer are same. But quality of Mehta is not as per insdustry standard.

"I've had the pleasure of working with "Mehta Hitech Industries" and have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, quality products, and exceptional customer service. Their team truly understands the needs of their clients and delivers reliable solutions. Highly recommend!".

I had a very good experience with Mehta Hitech Industries. The quality of their machines is excellent and meets industrial standards. The performance is reliable, precise, and suitable for long-term use.

During a recent interaction, I asked for specific details regarding the laser etching process. Instead of addressing my query professionally, the salesperson responded in an argumentative and defensive manner. His tone was offensive, and he appeared to be attempting to belittle me rather than provide clarification. As a customer, I expect clear communication, respectful behavior, and professional guidance, especially when asking technical questions about a service. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below those expectations and left me extremely disappointed.

Working environment with mehta is good ,and Machines is also compatible and heavy duty structure, please feel free to go with Mehta Hitech Industries Ltd for future Service is fast and reliable I have one metal cutting and one printer ,my overall experience is good with Mehta
