It gives troubles very often. The service is WORST THAN WORST. I purchased in Feb19 and got trouble thrice. Made a complaint on 4.10.19 and daily making calls but no response till now. It is already one week past. Purchaser will be a Sinner. The caption should be: सब्से बेकार, सब बक्वास्”

Worst after sales service, no warranty on any of the parts they install. Low quality replacement parts and you end up paying for them even if it goes bad they very next day... Wait for the machine to go out of warranty and you are doomed. Bad customer service.

blue mount is a best water purifier...and its service is very fast..i am using it and i am total satisfied

Bluemount alkaline water purifier purifies the water very well, the taste of water changed in the beginning but now the taste of water after purification is good.

Don't Buy this RO. The company has no proper way to handle customer complaint. The distributors are using rough language over the call, when I asked to replace the RO system, because I got a broken membrane part. When I tried to put complaint with the company, they said they can't help as this is a concern of local regional manager. Don't Buy this RO.

They don't provide service ......its been more than a week when I had registered a complain but no body has visited till now...worst service and worst to I have ever purchased... I won't recommend anyone to purchase bluemount to....after 20 days it stop working...and within every month it stops working .....and the main problem we are facing here is that they are not sending any technician to repair it....worst service n worst product n worst brad

- Previously I used aquafresh water purifier which was very bad so replaced it by Bluemount. Now Bluemount is very good by quality and service, I really appreciate and recommend it strongly.

Poor after sale service. customer care executive never pick any call. They play only recording on customer care numbers. I don't suggest any one to purchase their any product.

Worst purifier in entire world.Worst product and service is below the belt.Specially in Golaghat disctrict of Assam.Never ever go for Blue mount when it comes to water purifier.They will kill you with service fees , and unreasonable fees for replacement products.They exploit everytime they visit.I urge to give a consumer case on them.
