They promised free visit in every three months for one year, Their customer support number not working, all of their reps who installed the RO at home, switched off the phones permanently. Looks like this company is no longer in service
I am using this product from last one year and I have never seen anwy wrost product like this in RO market..I have changed it's filter and motor in just one year of purchase..this is very cheap and inferior product and suggest not to buy..

It's definitely a bad idea to shop on this brand.. Bcoz as far as after selling service is concerned.. They take no responsibility... I've been complaining since a week... But there is no response... It's been only 6 months since bought the blue mount RO.. And it's already malfunctioning.. And moreover the concerned ppl are ignoring my complaint and giving new dates for repairment everyday.. So I feel they don't have any sense of customer service..
