My Experience With Indian Harness This review is based entirely on my personal experience with Indian Harness, their Dwarka office and their Mundka / Tikri Kalan warehouse in Delhi. We booked our order on 5 June and were told that samples would be ready by 15 June and the complete production would be delivered by 26 June. Our requirement included bottles, pumps, printing and coating. It is now 18 August, and I am still dealing with damaged and poor-quality products. The quality we initially received was unacceptable. We raised the issue immediately and were repeatedly told that it would be corrected. But based on my experience, the problems continued, commitments kept changing and our timeline kept getting pushed. The situation eventually became so serious that I had to call the police at their Mundka / Tikri Kalan warehouse while trying to resolve the matter. Communication was another major problem. Adil repeatedly gave us assurances that, in my experience, did not match what eventually happened. Karan Sethi was extremely difficult to reach and frequently did not answer our calls. When you’re building a brand and are already months into packaging development, changing vendors at the last moment becomes extremely difficult. In our case, despite the delays and unresolved quality issues, we felt pressured to make the full payment when we were already close to our planned launch. The timeline speaks for itself: 5 June: Order booked 15 June: Samples promised 26 June: Full production promised 18 August: Still dealing with damaged products That’s almost three months of our launch timeline affected. For a new brand, this isn’t just a packaging delay. Your manufacturing gets delayed, inventory gets delayed, marketplace launch gets delayed, marketing gets delayed. Your entire business timeline gets affected. I’m writing this because I genuinely wish I had seen feedback like this before placing my order. If you’re considering working with Indian Harness, Dwarka Office or Mundka / Tikri Kalan Warehouse, please do your due diligence. Get every commitment in writing, approve physical samples, document specifications and quality tolerances, and don’t depend only on verbal assurances. Based on my personal experience, I would not work with them again.
