A perfect choice for serums and essential oils. Stylish, sturdy, and reliable!
Simple design but very practical. The roller moves smoothly and the bottle feels strong in hand. Good option for daily-use products
Beautiful design with premium transparency. Perfect for face cream, moisturizer, body butter, and cosmetic products
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I first contacted the company on 9th June, and they confirmed that the sample would be ready by the 20th. That deadline passed, and I was then told it would be delivered on 29th. After waiting an entire week beyond the original commitment, I followed up again. only to be told that the sample bottle is now missing. This wasn’t just a small delay. It was multiple missed commitments and now apparently the sample itself cannot be located. As someone trying to launch a product, these kinds of delays have real consequences. If timelines are going to change, customers deserve proactive updates instead of having to chase for answers. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I can’t recommend them based on the reliability and professionalism I’ve experienced so far. My point of contact Was Miss Manju
I ordered the textured glass jar, and I really liked it; the finish is excellent, and it looks quite luxurious. The service was very good, and the delivery was prompt—I received the entire shipment on time, within just 2-3 days.
Excellent quality frosted glass dropper bottle! The finish looks premium, the dropper works smoothly, and the bottle is sturdy and leak-proof. Perfect for serums, essential oils, and skincare products. Highly recommended!
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. -1000/10. One of the worst vendor India’s worst vendor experiences I have ever had. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Bad products. Extremely poor behaviour. Constant delays. And the final packaging looked completely different from what was approved. Even the samples shown to us were different from the actual bulk printing we received. My experience dealing with Adil was especially horrible. I personally found him repeatedly changing his statements and giving explanations that did not match what I later saw myself. One incident says everything. According to Adil, our bottles had been sent to a female worker who would clean them at her house. When I asked him to send me a picture of the bottles, he refused and told me, “Aunty ghar par nahi hai.” Later, when I searched their warehouse, I found the same stock there — all approximately 5,000 bottles. Imagine being a brand that has already spent months preparing for launch, paying manufacturing costs and rent, and then after wasting almost 3 months, your vendor can simply say: “Sorry, take your refund or take these bottles. I can’t do anything.” That puts the brand in a position where you are practically stuck. Even when the police were involved, Adil kept saying that things had already been “agreed,” while my experience of what actually happened was completely different. He initially denied issues while we were checking the products, refused to properly help resolve them, and even refused delivery. Yet the focus remained on asking us for full payment for printing that we were clearly unhappy with. And then there were the pumps. I paid around ₹50,000 extra specifically because I was told the pumps would be brought by air and supplied within around 15 days. Instead, it took approximately 60 days. Now it feels like the priority is protecting their reputation rather than acknowledging what the customer actually went through. So please, if you are a new brand sourcing bottles, pumps, printing or packaging from them, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Make videos when you approve samples. Record the condition and quantity when material arrives. Keep written confirmation of timelines. Keep proof of every payment. Take videos while inspecting bulk production. Compare approved samples with bulk production before making the final payment. I wish I had documented even more because when something goes wrong, this evidence becomes extremely important. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from them again and would not recommend them to another brand. A new brand’s launch depends on packaging arriving correctly and on time. Delaying someone for months and then leaving them with unusable or poorly finished packaging can put their entire business at risk. Please don’t blindly trust sweet conversations or verbal promises. Get EVERYTHING in writing and verify everything yourself before paying. Gladly I recorded our phone conversation, also do not call him on whatsapp always call him on recorded line.
