Aulten Digital Private Limited

Do not buy this. It stopped working and had to disconnect as bypass also stopped working. If you reach out customer care with the invoice they keep asking for video of stabilizer for which again you need to connect the faulty product back to mains and send video. Though it is under warranty simply unwilling to replace or arrange for pick up. Total waste.

I purchased an AC stabilizer from Aulten Digital Pvt. Ltd., and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The product malfunctioned within a short period of time, and it didn't offer the level of protection for my AC that was promised. To make matters worse, the customer service was completely unresponsive. I had to follow up multiple times before even getting a basic acknowledgment of my issue, and no real solution was provided. The stabilizer also feels cheaply made, and it doesn't seem to match the quality that Aulten claims in their marketing. Given the poor product performance and lackluster customer support, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable AC stabilizers.

I bought it in March,2025.I got it at ₹7050.Till now it's functioning very well. It's price was lowest among all brands in that category.I didn't receive the wall mount in the package. But they sent it again.Let's hope it keeps that way.

I bought copper main line stablizer. Donot buy Aulten product , it's like a fake stablizer. Donot stop fluctuation of light. It does not work properly. Their customer care does not work on phone as well as whatsapp. They even donot response. Third class service. Complete waste of money . I suggest don't buy otherwise will regret. Fake commitment, bakwaas product

Poor service, sells product with free installation and once you buy they will ask you to install yourself as they don't have any service provider network which will cost you. And the same when you have issue and claim warranty they don't have any service provider hence your have to repair it your own or you have to take it to New Delhi.

Very good product. Reliable and reasonably priced

please don't by any product from Alton. They are sold damaged product to every one and they are not support after sold his product. I'm sufferings from April to till now. totally wastage of money if purchase from here. Have so many option in market. here positive response are making by company's related person. I'm sure.
