Good service quality

I'm writing a review on my 5 kv Aulten stabilizer after 40days of usage. Until now it is working perfectly with my Bose sound system and I feel relaxed while power is connected with Aulten. The only disappointment is that the MCB given is a low quality one 😔. Also they did not fix a handle upon my request to carry it 😄

I bought 5pcs of copper made voltage stabiliser for Air conditioners costing approx 6500/- each nearly a year ago directly from the company. This voltage stabilizer had replacement guarantee if any faults found for three years. Nearly two months ago one of the stabilizer started giving trouble which was immediately brought to the notice of Mr Rohit of the company. He took nearly 10 days to verify the faults and authenticating the product. Finally he took back the stablizer thru their courier service and assured that on receipt of courier confirmation of pickup the replacement will be sent back to us within 72 hours. It's now more than a month, on each follow up they only say don't worry the replacement will be sent soon. I have followed up with them not less than 10 times and still the only reply to me is the product will be replaced soon. I warn all the customers to not fall in their trap to buy their products either directly from the company or online because the quality of product and their services are very very poor.

I had ordered Aulten AC stabilizer from Flipkart, after 3 months it stopped working, then I contacted Aulten customer care, they asked to make a video and send it, then they asked to pick up and send another stabilizer, it took them 2 months to do all this, After that Aulten people again sent a bad stabilizer to my address. This is very bad service, I request all the people to never buy any Alten product. These people are fraud, they will not give you any solution.

I am very pleased with my Aulten stabilizer. It provides stable voltage and protects my appliances
