Subject: Complaint Regarding Improper Installation of Aulten Stabiliser and Poor Customer Service Dear Aulten Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent installation service provided by your team for the Aulten stabiliser I purchased through Amazon. One of your installation executives, Himanshu, arrived at my home to install the stabiliser. Unfortunately, his installation process was flawed and resulted in the breakdown of both my fan and lights. Despite the inconvenience caused, Himanshu assured me of compensation for the damages. However, to my disappointment, he later reneged on his promise. Moreover, when I contacted your customer care executive, Rohit, to address this issue, he not only failed to provide a satisfactory resolution but also displayed unprofessional behavior towards me during our conversation. As a loyal customer of Aulten, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from your installation team and customer care representatives. The negligence displayed during the installation process, coupled with the lack of accountability and poor treatment from your representatives, has left me deeply dissatisfied with my overall experience. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect compensation for the damages caused by the improper installation of the stabiliser, as well as an apology for the inconvenience and unprofessional conduct I have endured. I hope to receive a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Bharat

"Main Aulten ka sandwich maker do mahine se use kar raha hoon aur mujhe yeh bahut accha laga hai. Sandwiches kaafi crispy aur perfectly toasted hote hain. Design bhi kaafi user-friendly hai aur use karna bahut aasan hai. Agar aap ek achha sandwich maker dhoond rahe hain, to main Aulten ko zaroor recommend karunga. Yeh product apni performance ke hisaab se bilkul worth it hai!"

Bahut kharab quality. Kaam nahi karta. Mainline stabilizer. Galti kar diya khareed kar.
