I'm first time install AC 1.5 ton Daikin But Cooling is not working properly because of Voltage fluctuations. So call Technician He Said buy a Voltage Stabilizer, So Chose Aulten 4KVA 90V-300V, TORODIAL TRANSFORMER AUTOCUT. 3YEARS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. SO I DECIDEDTO BUY AULTEN. but I don't know how is the after Sell Customer service.

I have been in the HVAC business for over 40 years and have installed and repaired many of the equipment brands that are out there.I have never seen a better stabilizer than the Aulten line. They are the best stabilizer for my money.The Aulten products are just that -- amazing!

Within 5 Months from the purchase date stabilizer failed, I am from Kerala how to claim gurantee or warrentee is confused. No customer care call center to support... 😢 …

Actually I want to try purchase stabilizer for my 1.5 ton ac. Then search on Google. I choose 2 company 1 is v guard and 2nd is Aulten. I am some confused for warranty issue. Cause they provide 3 years onside warranty. That reason I informed to both companies. 1st call me aulten customer executive person, and he told me , no problem sir, if any problems arise you, then replace stabilizer in your door step. That's person behavior touched my heart and thanks him for supporting me.

They don't provide good service after selling the product. I got an issue but no one was picking the call. Bad experience with support.

Last year I have purchased a 15kVA Stabiliser from Aulten Digital Pvt Ltd. The stabiliser was worked fine for the past one year. Recently, it has failed due to technical issue and output not coming. I have reported the same to Aulten. Immediately, they have responded well and replaced the faulty unit with fresh unit with free of cost. Now the new stabiliser is working fine.

Mera steplyzer mistake se singal face ka order ho gya tha to return nahi kiya very bad company insaniyat hi nahi hai maine bola sorry sir maine dhyan nahi Diya tab bhi is company ne 8 din tak keval bolta gya sir se bat karke batata hu lekin aulten company walo ne 10 din ho gya koi response nahi diya n return Kiya is company walo ki insaniyat hi mar gai very bad company.
