Good quality of products and grooming services
this store is amazing in my opinion because the store owner and the staff all are very caring and respect there customers and selling things at affordable prices ❤️👍🏻! …
Asked for a particular medicine and a specific size of e-cone. They didn't have it in stock but had them arranged the very next morning. Everyone was wearing mask and uber polite.
Recently got a chance to visit the newly opened pet shop.I highly recommend the shop to fellow pet owners as they provide exceptional grooming services.
Took my kittens there for nail clipping. Firstly, there were two men there but only one of them was handling my kitten and my husband had to help out. I mean why do you need the client to help if you have two people there already? And even if you don’t have enough staff, the client is not supposed to help out - you are supposed to arrange more staff. Secondly, they were clipping the nails so fast that they clipped one too deep and it started bleeding profusely. And I could tell it was because the guy was trying to be fast and was very careless. And when we confronted them, they started blaming my husband for not holding the kitten properly. The audacity!!!! I mean my husband is helping when he’s not supposed to, yet he gets blamed for the bad job!!! And the guy repeatedly blames us without taking any accountability or responsibility whatsoever. And they even had the audacity to charge us full. They didn’t even give us a discount, let alone not charging for the service since they literally made my kitten’s paw bleed!!! Pathetic service, DO NOT recommend at all if you love your fur babies and want the best for them!
