It is nearly as much other local markets as you need but it is mostly covered with the articles having Bengali affluence The articles sold mostly are relating to the Bengali taste but you can find every local items which local marketer would like to have.

Most of the Bengali items and clothes are available specially Raj Traders has very good variety of sarees, kurtas, dhotis etc., And 141 years old shop. Other shops also have good range of Bengali eatables and sweets. For Bengalis it is the place to be.

All fishes available and feel like Kolkata. More varieties of fish with good quality and good quantity. Prices are reasonably higher. A great place in Delhi for fish lovers Bengali & other communities.

While sweets are fantastic in taste but Shop is quite small with limited space for buyers. There's no parking space available in the area

This is one of the four famous markets in CR Park. Here we have various kinds of foods of different countries (especially delicious Bengali food), aquariums, street foods, dessert, and more. In market No 1, you're definitely gonna love, Jhal Muri, Fish cutlet, Chowmin Manchurian, and more other cuisines.

Extreme clumsy. Vendors have occupied footpaths. Over rate items. The fish market area is very unclean. Muddy wet floors and stinking. It seems the place has not been cleaned for years. Beware of the fish sellers. They will sell rotten fish at high prices. Never trust them. But fish only when you are sure of the quality yourself.

It's a great place for street food but a descent restaurant where you can take your family is missing. No proper parking facility, dirt and haphazard shops may are eye sores. Why Delhi Govt can't beautify and clean the area and keep the unauthorised shops removed from there?

This market has suddenly become slightly expensive ànd no shops ready to give you any discounts. Perhaps this is because of the post COVID economics. However, the sweets and the food has remain the same mostly in terms of quality. For book and music lovers there is a used book store which has an enviable collection. Just adjacent to that store you have a very good Kolkata biryani joint serving a variety of non veg items. Overall if you are from the eastern part of India, you will find many things of interest there, provided if you are not bothered about the cost.

Rude behaviour, over priced market . Vendors are not at all friendly and they don't give discount of single penny. Fishes were also not fresh. I went to buy some fish but seeing condition of the market And behaviour of the vendors and poor quality of fish I returned and went to Modern Bazaar and got some good fish with reasonable price.

Never buy any sweets that you haven't tasted. I bought a box of jaggery rasogullas and it was stale. Buy only those sweets that you can taste and validate. The best part of this market is that you get to choose from an authentic range of Bengali sweets and Bengali snacks but quality can vary. So, Beware and stay alert as shopkeepers would try to pass stale items along with those you liked. Items are a bit pricier but you won't get this collection anywhere else.
