One stop destination for everything Bong! It's rightly called mini Calcutta in Delhi. Whenever I go to Kalibari, I make it a point to visit this market for authentic Bengali sweets and not to miss the Mutton chap.
Best place if you want to experience authentic bengali dish. Especially Chop - Fish, Milutton, Chicken and Fish Fry. Chinese platter look good but is not up to mark.
C.R Park Market No. 1 is the oldest and one of the best to look for good authentic Bengali Cuisine and all things Bengali. From stitching, Bengali items everything is there. It's mini Bengal in Delhi
You ask for any daily stuff from West Bengal, and you have it in Delhi only here. Bengali food is best here. Sweet shops also bring taste of kolkata.
Best market to get authentic bengali sweets. Amar shonar Bangla restaurant is a must visit. Great place to eat n chill during evening post 6.
Variety of fishes are excellent. However on costly side. All possible items predominantly which are consumed by Bengali's are available
You can get to this place by getting off on nehru enclave metro station and after that you can take a rickshaw and he’ll drop you there. But if you love walking you can also walk from the metro station. Chinese chat is amazing you can get veg and non veg both. Veg is for ₹180 and non veg ₹240.
Best place to visit if you love Bongo food. Authentic dishes like Aaloo chop, jhal murhi, Anda chop (Chop here means cutlet). If you love authentic kolkatta biriyani with potatoes this place is yours. And yes, the sweets like Misthi Doi (sweet curd) in clay pot, chom chom, sondesh.. So peeps if you are in Delhi, you need to visit this place, at least once.
You Get Desi Chicken, Duck eggs, Fish, Mangsher Ghugnee, Biryani, Roll, Chops, Momo, Sweets, Phuchka, Chaa and almost all essential Bengali items here. Vegetables are expensive compared to market 2. Atmosphere here is positive. Must go if you visit CR park. Joints - Kolkata Biryani House, Myspice kitchen, Mutton Ghugnee (opposite national meat shop), Aristocrat sweets, Bijoli grill etc.
