A mini Kolkata in Delhi! Someone from east would definitely like this place. You can relish the street food of east - fish, egg rolls, chop, chenna sweets, mishti dahi and many more. You can find the spices and kitchen consumables from the east. There are clothing and shringar items from the east. There are papers and magazines from Bengal.
Visit this place if you need authentic bengali food. From street foods to cuisines, everything is available. Its Delhi's own Mini Kolkata.
Best place for Bengali people as we get our all pure Bengali items . specially fish but the rates are high
Overpriced Fish I bought Rahu for 280 rs kg. And after getting it cut rahu was 1.75kg for Rs.730 which is equal to Rs.417 per kg after cutting the fish. One can easily get Rs.400 per kg neat and clean, cut and packaging fish from online why to go to the place and buy then.
Good market for bengali especially for puchka and alu kabli. But for Fish fry try Dadu chop in market no 2 . Try to reach before 7 else it ll be out stock
Being a bengali i like this market. you get almost all street food that is available in kolkata but its bit pricy. the fish market is pricy. its a good place to experience bengali food in delhi
Other than parking, there's nothing to crib about this place. It's a foodies heaven, because nowhere in Delhi NCR region can you find auch awesome variety of fresh seafood. It's an experience, enjoyable especially on winter evenings. You can either buy raw items or select from the numerous eating joints in this market.
