Loads of fish here and an entire range to chose from. The biggest concern is the stink -- it is cleaner than most fish markets but the foul stink from the Ghazipur dump site nearby is overwhelming. It is only open early hours in the morning and so some rules apply: be prepared to have a bath after a visit here; don't go dressed in formals; make a couple of rounds of the place before getting down to buy (and bargain).

You will get all type of fishes here. Prices are 30 to 40 percent less as compared to local shops. Of course fishes are more fresh as compared to local shops. All local shops, shop from this mandi only.

Good place, you can find variety of dishes, prawns and all type of sea food, you can bargain and don't forget to take a polythene cover while going as they won't provide, you can also buy a polythene cover for 1 or 2 Rs, buy the item and for making in to pieces you should go to the nearest place.. Enjoy the sea food guys

You can find all variety of FISH and Sea food fresh and ready, can negotiate with Vendors for bargain and enjoy the food. Though the whole area is dirty and cleanliness requires attention from the management committee of the Market.

Best place to buy fish at low price. Always crowded place. Visit the place between 08:00 am to 10:30 am. Cleaning/Cutting fish may charge you from Rs.10 per Kg. For some fishes like "Ladyfinger" they may even charge Rs. 30 per Kg for cleaning, Prawns Rs. 20.

It depends on what you are looking for and how "Non-sophisticated" you are. For starters, It's a primarily a wholesale market, full of stench (due to lot of fish) and not very clean but if you are looking for wide variety (almost every fish under the sun) and fresh produce this is the place to be. You should be a fish enthusiast and you can get almost every fish and that too fresh as almost all fishes in NCR land here first. There are small retail shops who buy from left side big wholesalers and retail it in small qty

Vegetable market was nice, Reasonable rate good environment but there weren't any live fishes at Fish market , finally chicken market was really full of con man , be aware of such sellers , they will say something but will give u something else
