Good place to shop jewellery, lehenga, dresses, shoes and food items. The place is usually not very crowded but there on Sundays you will see very much crowd which even makes very tough to shop anything because of crowd. Otherwise the place is good to shop and there is places to eat also they serve very nice food, you can actually try. Prefer to visit on weekdays as on weekends you will see alot much crowd and if you can go on weekends only try to visit before evening it will be good time.

Though some people here can be a bit rude at times, the market itself is lively and nice to explore. If you’re looking for traditional dresses, this is definitely the spot to shop. The prices are reasonable, but some vendors might quote high, so it’s best to bargain a little. The food options are good too; I recommend the South Indian café, also known as the “Dosa Wale,” which is the only well restaurant in the market. It’s just a 4–5 minute walk from the Madangir bus stand, and you can enter through the Gurudwara lane. A nice local market with a homely feel—definitely worth visiting!

Madangir central market ambedkar nagar or gurudwara market is a local market in madangir. Almost all categories shops are available here and the price is reasonable. Garments, electronics, footwear, grocery, fruit and vegetables, pooja items, large to small appliances almost all you can purchase from here. Little crowded but a good local market for shopping. It's a big market and almost distributed category waise. Vegetables and fruits section are somewhere and pooja/ worship related items are on other side. Lack of cleaness and public convince but it's a good market to Shop. It's also known as gurudwara market. This market has also vegitable street from you can shop for fresh vegetables. Avoid to come on Sunday because of huge rush. Good shopping place for family need.
