Well it's a very old market, I have been visiting this since my childhood days. It's largely a cloth market. You can buy clothes for office, daily wears, kids, etc. It also has a few large sarees shops. Taneja, New cloth emporium, among others, to name a few. You can buy pyjamas. T shirts for ladies and gents for daily use. The market is usually crowded even during the normal days. During festivals, the crowd augument to the extent that one has to wriggle through. The place also has one restaurant called South Indian Dosa. It's also crowded most of the times. Be it an afternoon or evening or night, it sees a lot of footprints. If I am not wrong their gross earning for a day must goes past a few lakh rupees. We usually eat there whenever we visit that market. The market passage is narrow. With many people visiting the market and shopkeepers displaying their products out the shops to attract customers make the place very congested.

It is basically a market for women.. saree shops, jewelry , clothing all you get at a reasonable price.

Good market in its locality, allmost all daily needs items available for reasonable rates.

From cloths, plastic items, utensils, food all at one place and too v reasonable.. Cloths are of average quality usually! Keep Bargaining 😉 …

Too crowded after 3 pm for even walking. At 6 pm totally avoid. A market for lower middle-class folks. Multitudes of humanity seem to descend in the market, especially women. Not a cop in sight.

Vibrant market with almost everything such as clothing outlets, restaurants, stationary shops, kirana/grocery stores, vegetable market, butcher shop,etc... Gets crowded during festivals and mucky during monsoons. No place for vehicles and their parking.
