Staff is not serious about sales and very late response.....even after purchasing goods you have to follow the executive for more than a n hour To get their response....very poor staff

NEVER BUY VIJAY SALES VISE TV ONE OF THE WORST TELEVISION THEY ARE MAKING.. It was purchased from Vijay Sales shop or that too due to wrong information regarding the laptop, then we asked a sales person named Mukesh said to us that test the laptop. In a hurry, we are not able to test the laptop so that we can go home and update or check the entire system of our laptop. When we checked the laptop properly, we were told to exchange it because the laptop was having multiple issues. The ab Vijay Sales guy says that your problems have been solved by you and we can't help you except by selling our product. We asked then why you did not tell us that this laptop is connected to charging, we can run without charging, it does not work or its touchpad or buttons are also not working properly but Vijay Sales guys say that now You or the seller have no role in dealing with you.

Wry bad experience the product AC suppled was defective and Vijay sales was reluctant to replace it after a long correspondence with the manufacturer on my end the product was returned and even then the delivery from their godown took three days to reach me for installation Never Never buy the product from Vijay sales

Very bad service I recently purchase AC from them . Their fitting guy is very rude and unprofessional they assault customer with more money on sight we agreed for 600 for fitting but when the guy came he asked for 900 rupee very baad service
