We purchased a Bosch washing machine on 31st December, but unfortunately, it has not been functioning properly since then. The main issue is that when we send water to the second tub, water also flows into the first tub, which indicates a fault. We raised our first complaint on 31st March, and since then, have followed up multiple times. We contacted Mr. Naveen Saini (Okhla, Delhi) and Mr. Balvinder Singh (Authorized Dealer – West Delhi), but both have failed to respond. Calls go unanswered and no support or action has been taken from their side. The last conversation with Mr. Balvinder Singh was on 25th April, and even now, on 30th April, there has been no engineer visit or inspection of the product. We also personally visited the Bosch Service Centre at Okhla Industrial Area, where we were assured the issue would be resolved soon—but no action has followed. We believed Bosch to be a trusted brand for home appliances, but our experience has been deeply disappointing. We feel our time, money, and trust have been wasted. We now request senior officials at Bosch to look into this matter seriously. Could you let us know clearly whether you intend to resolve our issue? If nothing is done, we will be left with no option but to avoid Bosch products in the future and advise others to do the same.

We purchased new window AC just three months back,during the deal the staff promised to replace the product with the new one if any problem occurs within 6 months . And the AC got totally shut down , innjust three months of installation.and they are totally denying to replace this faulty shit .. and we are suffering in this exteam summer heat weather . Don't but anything from this store they will sell you allready faltu product then don't replace it ,as they promised earlier
