Today, I purchased an IFB Convection Microwave, and my overall experience at the store was excellent. 1. Wide Product Range: The store had an impressive display of various products and brands, making it easy to compare options. 2. Great Customer Service: The salesperson, Harsh, was exceptionally polite, patient, and thorough in explaining the product details, which helped me make an informed decision. 3. Competitive Pricing: The prices offered were highly competitive, even lower than some well-known online platforms. 4. Smooth Billing Process: The billing process was quick and convenient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. I am now waiting for the delivery and installation process and will update further once those are completed.
They are frauds. I bought split AC with 5 year compressor warranty from them of Electrolux brand. While selling they claim that it’s their own brand and they’ll be responsible for everything. Now when after 3years it’s not working, they are saying that the brand is closed and it’s not their concern. Now they are selling products with new brand vise. Pls don’t buy any Vise product. Pls don’t visit Vijay Sales. They are liars
