Nice staff, but took me nearly AN HOUR to buy a pair of headphones, quite incredible. Once I had paid they wouldn’t let me leave without a receipt which took the 30 MINUTES! Absolute farce, suggest shopping elsewhere unless you are retired, unemployed, or just bored.

Had a great experience at Vijay Sales, Janakpuri. I’d especially like to mention Mansi from the sales team—she was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She handled all customer queries with a smile and made the whole shopping process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service. Kudos to her and the entire team! 👏👏
