I bought an AC for the first time from them. They charged more money and didn't tell about the hidden costs. When delivery happened all the wires and cables from the original compressor were replaced, wrong cables were sent and one cable was missing . Customer service not good, after calling many times either I was put on hold or call was disconnected. Do no buy anything from them. Not recommended at all.

Yday I bought an A.C and it is delivered today morning. They have quick service. But I am very disappointed with the competency level of staff. No discrimination but all staff members hailing from U.P with very low education level made it a difficult experience. So much of lanaguge barrier. As a Delhihite, even if we speak in Hindi, we kind of use lots of English words in between. It seemed a challenge to communicate. Don't want to take the name of the salesman who attended me but he made a blunder by writing a wrong product code. It was just by chance that at the billing counter I asked a random question about A.C from that billing guy who told me it's a refrigerator and not A.C. And he then found the right code and corrected the invoice. I think management must select the sales staff carefully. Vijay sales is always my first choice but yday experience was terrible
