Unsatisfied with their service. Booked 3 AC from the store and book for delivery. Next day delivery guy calling me and telling me he cant deliver to my place and i have to go to load the ac in my car and he is telling me that if u cant come i can send it through rickshaw and asking me to pay them. After 1 hour they came to my place and left all the belonging in car park and left the premises without putting them on right place Please look into this matter very bad customer service You should inform us if you cant deliver the things to the house i should be going to another place to buy my belongings then 0 customer service
Best deal with HDB FINANCE SERVICES GOOD DISCOUNT
I bought two AC last Friday unfortunately out of one was damaged. I tried to connect with store but I was unlucky. After so much struggle I came to know approval received to replace the AC on Wednesday however still waiting for them to replace and your store staff saying I am lucky that they are trying replace within 5-10 days. Not sure what kind of service they are providing and where is customer satisfaction..
