VIJAY SALES - JANAKPURI

No home delivery for big coolers. When in same sized televisions gets home delivered. The cash counter guys are way too slow.

Pathetic experience at this store . Not a single person was attentive . Told them to finalize an earphone but was made to wait for 30 mins just to find the key even after finalising ,lost may patience and went returned The second day to buy it surprisingly the key was found in seconds but suddenly the price increased but 500 rs than the labelled price .

I went to buy ac at this outlet,but the behaviour of their sales person was very bad .I was regular coustomer at this outlet.i will give 0 star for coustomer support.neber going back to this outlet.

The products are high quality. The customer service takes the time to explain products. One of there staff member Siddharth was polite and knowledgeable gave me best advice about the product. My overall experience was excellent.

If there is an option for half star I would like to give that to Vijay sales for not providing complete detail during the purchase of any appliance. Half of the information they are providing during billing and when it comes to installation of appliances then their installation team of respective company started asking for their charges. This is not done if there is any charges kindly inform your customers prior. Being a customer I don’t mind paying installations charges but kindly inform prior.

We had a great experience buying from Vijay Sales. Ramneek ji helped us with the product and getting us a great deal on the items.

This originally was a 5 star review but after purchase we were told our product will be delivered the next day It's been 2 days since and neither had our product been delivered nor has our point of contact sangeeta picked up or responded to any phone calls. They just want to get the sale done and after that they do not care about the customer at all

I had a very disappointing experience with Vijay Sales, Janakpuri. I purchased a chimney(KAFF) from them on 12th September, and they assured me that it would be delivered by 16th September. However, today is 18th September, and I still haven't received it. Since the 16th, I’ve been given false promises daily that the delivery would happen "today," but it has not been fulfilled. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. Staff / sales person also not giving proper information regarding product expected delivery. There no update from store head / manager about delivery of product. As in review I saw several negative review. Same I also faced. I expected much better from a reputed store like Vijay Sales. I hope they improve their services and customer handling in the future.
