I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the after-sale services provided by Vijay Sales. The product I purchased was not delivered within the timeframe promised by the store. Furthermore, attempts to contact the store via their provided phone number have been unsuccessful, as the line is consistently busy. Additionally, the customer care service has been unresponsive, leaving me on hold for over 15 minutes without assistance. Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing from this store or any Vijay Sales outlet.

The service over here is very nice. Everyone attends you very well. An employee chhaya sharma attended us very nicely. She was very polite in talking to us as well. Great service

Around from 15-16 years i am regular purchasing prdcts from this janak puri east store..and sending my frnds also..first the staff was very supportive and helpful in every manner on their advice i purchased washing machine,lloyd ac, vise ac, hitachi,sony tv,fridge etc etc.. but now its totally changed..their behaviour, after telling that i am regular customer they treat like i am nothing..new staff chew tobbaco also..bakwass experience..never go their again

I went to buy semi automatic washing machine. I asked 2 sales executive to show the machine but noone was there to entertain us. PS- there were no customers in the washing machine section and sales executives were free. I didn’t like the services. There are more electronic showrooms near Vijay Sales and there services are good.
