Good service for vijay sales staff

Had a good purchase at VJs Jnk. Siddharth was very helping and swift
One of the worst customer service experienced in this store. Sales executives are not at all interested to show product, instead Sales executive Neha quickly jumped on the other customer to show I phone, without any excuse. Poor behavior shown, Sales person has asked me to go to other person, then move to other person. I wanted to buy camera ... wasn't sure for Digital or DSLR instead of helping me executives showed me a cold shoulder. I waited for 10-15 minutes and they were not at all responding. Worst management. Needs customer service training and etiquette.
Neha and Aman are really good advisors. They helped throughout the process of selection, discounts, payment along with delivery and installation. Thanks alot for your service and keep up the good work.

Had a very disappointing exp at vijay sales , sales executive briefed me something else and sent me different product . Strongly request other people to double check everything they are told about the product at the time of delivery
The staff is very polite but services can be improved.
I have purchased I phone 15, from here there was an employee named Shikha Mishra she was very kind and sweet while telling me regarding the features of the phone. I really appreciate her efforts while selling the product on this store.
